1. What eKiree is
eKiree is a platform for discovering and posting events and communities in your city. Anyone can browse events. To post an event or create a group, you need an organizer account.
2. Using the platform responsibly
eKiree is for lawful, genuine events only. Do not post events that are fake, misleading, illegal, or harmful to others. We review every submission before it goes live, and we will remove anything that violates these terms without warning.
3. Posting events
When you post an event, you are confirming that you are the organizer or an authorized representative. You are responsible for making sure the date, time, location, and price are accurate. If anything changes, update your event or notify your attendees promptly.
4. RSVPs and attendance
eKiree connects attendees with organizers, we are not the event itself. If an event is cancelled, postponed, or changed in a significant way, the organizer is responsible for letting attendees know. eKiree is not liable for events that do not go ahead as planned.
5. Your organizer account
Keep your login details secure. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. If you think someone else has accessed your account, contact us immediately. We can suspend or remove accounts that break these terms.
6. Your content
Photos and descriptions you upload stay yours. By posting them on eKiree, you give us permission to display and share them on the platform and on our social media to promote your event. We will not use your content for anything else.
7. Payments
For paid events, payment happens directly between you and your attendees via Zaad or eDahab. eKiree does not handle or hold any money. Any disputes about payments are between the organizer and the attendee.
8. What we are not responsible for
eKiree is a discovery and RSVP tool. We are not responsible for what happens at events, disputes between organizers and attendees, or losses arising from events that do not take place. We do our best to keep the platform running smoothly but cannot guarantee it will always be available.
9. When these terms change
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will let organizers know via email. Continuing to use eKiree after an update means you accept the new terms.
